Aakar Khanna

Co-founder and CEO at Truffle (YC S26). Previously Head of Strategy & Operations at Kouper (applied AI) and an early BizOps hire at AtoB (YC S20). Started career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs covering Restaurants and Food & Beverage. Grew up managing family's multi-unit restaurant business. Undergrad from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business with a minor in Computer Science.
