CarSignal is the AI-native operating system for independent auto repair shops. Most shops still run each repair across disconnected management software, scan tools, parts catalogs, service information, texts, spreadsheets, and knowledge kept in technicians’ heads. That fragmentation slows diagnosis, creates duplicate admin, and leaves customers waiting. CarSignal connects the full repair process in one system. AI agents research vehicle-specific failure patterns and surface the tests that confirm or rule out each cause. The same system carries each job from booking and intake through inspections, estimates, parts, approvals, payment, and follow-up, so technicians spend less time searching and updating systems and more time fixing cars.
